Red lights are important. Speed cameras? Not so sure I’m a fan. In Manhattan? Sure. Out in Nassau? Not so much. Call me a hypocrite.

I think red light cams should work on a delay. Turns red jusssst as one last car makes it through? No big deal. But the guy trying to make it through when the light is clearly red (these are the ones that cause crashes), flash the hell out of him.

Yeah - when you cruise through on a yellow, and the red pops on just as your B pillar slides through - not worth the money to mail the ticket.
